Empowering Communities

We are excited to share that our organization Umbrella for the Needy, in collaboration with Feminist Peace East Africa, recently conducted a training on digital storytelling. This initiative brought together our organization’s staff, grassroots feminists, community leaders, and activists to address crucial issues such as digital advocacy, peacebuilding, conflict prevention, and gender disinformation.

Participants learned to harness the power of storytelling to amplify their voices and promote awareness of gender-related challenges. Together, we are committed to fostering positive change and empowering communities through effective digital narratives.
